Louise began her journey in the property sector in 2016, bringing with her a wealth of organisational and leadership experience from her previous role as a Contracts Manager for a cleaning company. It was there that she discovered her passion for property, transitioning into a role where she managed a site for a property management company – taking on health & safety responsibilities and training new starters as part of her day-to-day.
By 2019, Louise had fully stepped into block management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 35 properties comprising over 300 units. Her detail-driven approach and calm leadership style have made her an essential part of the Presence & Co. team.
IOSH trained and well-versed in the practicalities of estate and block management, Louise ensures that every property under her care runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently – supporting residents, landlords, and the wider team with expertise and a proactive attitude.
