Position Overview:

As we embark on our second year as Presence & Co., we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join us as a General Technician. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing team of 25 skilled technicians, including electricians, joiners, painters & decorators, landscapers, general technicians, and subcontractors from various trades. Your support will play a crucial role in setting the benchmark for excellence and supporting our ambitious growth targets for 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Worked in both residential and commercial maintenance
• Carpentry skills and experience of 3 years +
• Be able to deliver reactive and project work
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Minimum of basic decoration skills and experience
