We are looking for a general building maintenance engineer to join our team, we are looking for someone who has all round knowledge of Maintenance but has biased towards the plumbing trade.
We are looking with someone that has worked in commercial and both residential settings to deliver reactive and project works as needed.
The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years’ experience in the maintenance industry.
The job is looking after residential properties for our clients and also commercial properties that we manage.
We cover sites all over the UK but the main work we do is within the Kent area.
Residential:
We look after live rented properties that may have issues arise and we need a professional person to fix any issues that may arise for our tenants, we are looking for someone to deliver a high standard of work in reasonable time frames.
We also look to refresh all of our properties when a tenant moves out ready for the next person to move into a fresh and ready property.
Commercial:
We also look after many commercial properties from Office space to workshops.
We maintain these when empty so that they always ready to let when needed, and we also re fit office space for some of our clients when requested.
We will also look after these spaces reactively when needed again delivering fast and reliable maintenance services.
We also cover some sites across the country and with our team in the north we support these sites when needed so some stay away work does take place, we will cover accommodation fuel and breakfast and dinner for these when they happen.
