MAINTENANCE COORDINAATOR 

  • Full time
  • Tunbridge Wells, Kent
  • Salary £25,000

Key Responsibilities 

  • Diary management of technicians
  • Ordering supplies
  • Handling telephone / email enquiries and follow up calls.
  • Keep track of diary relating to active monitoring and support the team to achieve the schedule.
  • Keeping track of supplier invoices
  • Writing up quotes to clients
  • Keeping the software up to date
  • Booking in works.

Essential Skills:

  • Fully computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant packages with fast and accurate typing skills, and a high level of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Driving Licence preferable
  • Organised
  • Strong proof reading and attention to detail skill
  • Previous role involving some sort of diary management/organisational skills

 

REGIONAL FACILITIES MANAGER

  • Full time
  • Tunbridge Wells, Kent
  • Salary DOE

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring the company strategy through property maintenance, internal governance and adherence to legislation at all times.
  • Managing relationships with regional contractors/internal maintenance team for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks from the initial tendering process and contracting, to ongoing performance management and benchmarking.
  • Liaising regularly with tenants and ensuring any issues raised are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Managing repairs and ordering systems, following our operating and finance procedures.
  • Monitoring and ensuring regional compliance with statutory safety regulations.
  • Carrying out regular, thorough property inspections to monitor the condition and upkeep of our existing portfolio.
  • Managing maintenance reporting, as well as ordering and invoicing procedures.
  • Controlling regional maintenance costs and budget planning relating to your allocated portfolio of properties.
  • Managing a small team in terms of holiday, sickness, performance and payroll as well as overseeing of wider departments in coordination with the management team.

 

CLEANING SUPERVISOR

  • Full time
  • Tunbridge Wells, Kent
  • Salary DOE
  • Oversee a team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office environments.
  • Conduct general cleaning duties as needed.
  • Maintain full staffing levels and coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Handle paperwork and key holder responsibilities as required.
  • Provide clear instructions to the cleaning team and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make decisions on the spot.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cleaning and supervisory roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to commute or relocate as needed.

 

    CLEANER

    PAINTER / DECORATOR

    • Full time Monday – Friday
    • Tunbridge Wells, Kent
    • Salary DOE

    Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

    • Apply paint and varnishes to various surfaces
    • Use brushes, rollers, and spraying equipment as needed
    • Perform wallpapering tasks
    • Apply primers and undercoats
    • Ensure surfaces are ready for decorating
    • Maintain tidy work areas and clean tools
    • Prepare surrounding areas for work
    • Provide advice on necessary equipment and resources
    • Good communication skills
    • Thorough with attention to detail
    • Some knowledge of public safety and security
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Good time management skills
    • Clean driving license
    • Willingness to travel and work away from home as required

     

    MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

    • Full time Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
    • Tunbridge Wells, Kent
    • Salary DOE

    Key Skills & Duties:

    • Basic Handyman Tasks, reactive and planned maintenance
    • Logistical furniture moves (with assistance)
    • Collecting and delivering materials to site
    • Assisting with site clearance
    • Good communication skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good time management skills
    • A clean driving licence (role cannot be performed without one)
    • Willing to travel and work away from home as required
