Cleaners

We are looking for two part time holiday let cleaners/job share for our luxury properties located in York city centre.

The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, great time keeping and a friendly nature. Your rota will be provided 2 weeks in advance, but we may also ask you to work at short notice.    Start time is 10am. Cleaning is usually finished between 2pm and 3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of cleaning required to ensure that the holiday lets are kept to a 5-star standard both inside and out, including communal areas of other properties and regular deep cleans.
• Highlighting and reporting any maintenance issues or guest damages.
• Restocking the properties with toiletries, consumables and ensuring that all items are cleaned between stays.
• Collect and return laundry and any changeover items.

You must have previous experience of cleaning within a similar setting.

A clean driving licence and your own transport would be beneficial but not essential.

The candidate must be available to work weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

Requirements:
– Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
– Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
– Reliable and punctual.
