Presence & Co. has worked with One Warwick Park Hotel, previously known as The Brew House Hotel, for over 10 years, from the rebuild of the hotel to developing it into the stunning boutique hotel it is today, managing and overseeing all the communal and private areas to ensure it maintains its immaculate finish.
