Private Golf Course

Showcasing our gardening and landscaping team, the owner of this land commissioned us to conduct a detailed redevelopment project, creating a 3-hole golf course. The work focused on the playing strategy of individual holes and improving the aesthetic and playing qualities that could be achieved on this golf course.

Presence’s initial site visits to analyse the site determined the feasibility of the project and looked at design options which met the requirements of the client. This involved the development of a project brief in the light of the feasibility study, which led onto the design of alternative golf hole layout plans, and the preparation of budget costs.

In addition to repositioning and remodelling bunkers, we also began a programme of green reconstruction and upgrading tees.
