Recognising the historical dominance of men in areas like maintenance, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included, regardless of gender.
International Women’s Day isn’t just another date on the calendar – it’s a global party to celebrate the achievements of women everywhere. From breaking barriers to shattering glass ceilings, women have been making history since 1909, and we’re here to keep that celebration going strong!
Let’s give a round of applause to the women at Presence & Co., from our Managing Director Sheree Dawton to our department heads like Sophie Meyer, Amanda Glove and Lily Spencer, along with Jessica Terry, Debbie Terry, Mary Burke and pictured below Leia Salter, Emilie Wilson and Casey Thomson.
We sat down with some of our fabulous females to get an insight into what makes them tick. Amanda shared her wisdom for women looking to make their mark in the property world, reminding us that a little compassion and a lot of perseverance can go a long way.
And then there’s Lily, our Head of Marketing, who brings her flair for creativity and love for all things property to the table. With her background in marketing and passion for hospitality, she’s the perfect person to showcase the unique charm of every property we manage.
Jessica Terry, our Property Assistant, shared the latest trends shaping the property market. Turns out, hybrid work is here to stay, and everyone’s talking about creating the ultimate home office.
But it’s not just about work – it’s about lifting each other up and celebrating our wins together. When we asked our leading ladies about the best advice they’ve ever received, the answer was loud and clear: be yourself, believe in yourself, and don’t let anyone dim your sparkle.
