Over the last year Presence & Co. have been changing the way property management is done. With their personal, dynamic approach to property management, no job has been too big or too small for them. Headquartered in the charming town of Tunbridge Wells, Presence & Co. have become a standout in the property industry, and have recently made their mark on The Pantiles opening a brand-new Estate Agents.
In one of their most recent projects, Presence & Co. partnered up with Aspens Charity, a fantastic organisation providing high quality support to people on the Autism Spectrum. Aspens have a clear vision: Empowerment, Inclusivity and Integrity. Now spread across seven different locations, Presence & Co. recently visited their residential site in Pembury, Kent.
With just four on-site landscapers looking after the grounds, Aspens were grateful when Presence & Co. reached out to help in assisting maintaining their rolling grounds for the day giving back to the community.
Lily Spencer, Head of Marketing, P&Co. and Josephine Dennis, Fundraising Manager, Aspens agreed that the 35 employees would take part in giving the Charity a facelift on 6th December 2024. Spread over just 5 hours, the Aspens and P&Co. team were successful in building a brand new, accessible bridge for residents to access the woodlands. They also strimmed and tidied a large area of hedge, making the field scenic once again. And with it being around the festive season, wreathes were hand-made to be sold on site for visiting customers in the café. While hard work and maintenance were the primary objectives for the day, it was clear that the team—made up of creative, passionate, and caring individuals— were united by a common goal: providing high-quality services to those in need.
Presence & Co. will be looking to partner up with Aspens more in the future. “Aspens are a great and passionate charity; they were so welcoming to our team of 35 volunteers” – said Lily Spencer, Head of Marketing at Presence & Co.
