Presence & Co. was appointed to project manage and oversee key renovations in a residential property in Kent. Working in collaboration with Dark Projects, we delivered a modern kitchen transformation, a full interior refresh, and enhanced functionality with a new upstairs laundry room, a luxury bathroom renovation and a bespoke dressing room.
Scope of Works
- Kitchen Renovation – The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, bringing in modern finishes and high-spec fittings. Working closely with Dark Projects, we ensured the design aligned perfectly with the client’s vision.
- Full House Repaint & Interior Refresh – The entire property was repainted, with the client choosing bold, colourful features throughout to reflect their personal style.
- Laundry Room Installation – A new laundry room was added upstairs, enhancing convenience and optimising space.
- Bespoke Dressing Room & Walk-In Wardrobe – Designed and built by Dark Projects, this fully customised walk-in wardrobe was managed by Presence & Co. to ensure a seamless installation, maximising storage and elegance.
