With a career spanning over 28 years, Michael Puszyk has seen – and led – some incredible changes across industries. He began his professional journey in 1997 as a Research and Development Chemist for pharmaceutical company Nelson & Co. in Wimbledon. But it wasn’t long before he discovered his passion for operations and transformation.
In 1999, Michael made a pivotal career shift into Facilities Solutions, joining Russell Fewins Ltd in Kent. Over the course of 22 years, he progressed through a variety of leadership roles – from Operations Manager to Commercial Manager, and ultimately becoming Projects Director in 2010. In that role, he focused on major business change projects across the City, bringing strategic insight and a strong operational mindset to every challenge.
Michael joined Integra Property Management in 2021 and played a central role in the company’s evolution into Presence & Co. in 2024. As Chief Operating Officer, he has been instrumental in shaping and driving the transformation – ensuring the business remains agile, forward-thinking, and operationally sound as it continues to grow nationwide.
