Alex Mills’ journey into the property world started with a viewing – quite literally. After a chance conversation with a Foxtons viewing agent, he found himself sold on the industry and soon after joined their team, kicking off a career in property sales that’s been driven by instinct, ambition, and a genuine passion for people and property.
Alex later took his skills abroad, heading to Hong Kong, where he honed his sales expertise in a high-pressure, fast-moving market. His time there sharpened his negotiation abilities and gave him a strong global perspective on property and client service.
Now as Head of Sales & Lettings at Presence & Co., Alex brings a dynamic, energetic approach to the role—leading the team with confidence, curiosity, and a focus on delivering standout results. Whether he’s advising sellers, supporting buyers, or mentoring his team, Alex is all about creating connections, closing deals, and raising the bar.
