Adam Carrick is a highly experienced Residential Operations Manager at Presence & Co., bringing with him a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership gained over more than a decade in the construction and development industry.
Adam started his career by running his own building company, where he developed a strong hands-on understanding of site management, client relationships, and high-quality delivery. After eight successful years, he went on to work for a large development company, stepping into a project management role and overseeing a variety of residential schemes from planning through to completion.
Now at Presence & Co., Adam plays a key role in driving forward the company’s residential development projects, applying his expertise to ensure every build runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. His practical experience, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication make him an invaluable part of the team as the business continues to grow its development arm.
