Rob Laming comes from a family of tradespeople, having grown up around the tools thanks to his dad and uncle, both painter-decorators. Learning the craft from a young age, Rob went on to build a successful career as a self-employed painter and decorator, gaining a reputation for high-quality work and attention to detail.
With over 22 years in the repairs and maintenance industry, Rob has worked across everything from residential refurbishments to hands-on decorating projects, giving him a broad understanding of multiple trades. This experience is invaluable in his role today, allowing him to see the bigger picture when coordinating and overseeing large-scale works.
As Commercial Maintenance Supervisor at Presence & Co., Rob now oversees all of our commercial projects—from office and shop fit-outs for major clients like Auto Windscreens, to ongoing maintenance works across our commercial portfolio. He plays a central role in managing client relationships, coordinating on-site teams, and ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
