Charlie Faulds joined Presence & Co. (formerly Integra Property Management) in 2021, bringing with him valuable experience from previous roles in the electrical trade. After attending college to train as an electrician, Charlie worked across a range of jobs, building up his skills and on-site knowledge before becoming a core part of the Presence & Co. team.
Charlie is also deaf, and his journey is one of perseverance, adaptability, and strength. He’s overcome various hurdles throughout his career and continues to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on industry—proving that with determination and the right support, anything is possible.
Known for his precision, calm approach, and solid technical ability, Charlie plays a key role in our electrical team, taking on everything from call-outs to larger-scale projects with reliability and professionalism.
