Fiona Apsley began her career in health and safety three years ago, stepping into the role of Health & Safety Assistant with a clear focus on supporting workplace safety initiatives and ensuring compliance across the board. Since then, she has gained hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and championing a culture of safety throughout the business.
Before transitioning into health and safety, Fiona worked in facilities management, overseeing maintenance, security, and the operational efficiency of various sites – giving her a well-rounded understanding of how different elements of a workplace come together to function safely and effectively.
Fiona is HQN-accredited and holds a professional development certificate, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving industry standards. Her practical experience and proactive approach make her a key part of the team, helping Presence & Co. maintain safe, compliant, and productive environments across our sites.
