With an impressive 26 years within the group as of March 2025, Mark O’Donnell brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge to his role as Estates Manager at Presence & Co. Over the past 17 years, he has specialised in the property sector, working across AW IPM and Presence & Co. as a surveyor and estates manager, ensuring the smooth operation and strategic management of a diverse portfolio.
Mark is highly skilled in building surveying and is currently working towards AssocRICS accreditation, with the goal of achieving MRICS qualification. His expertise extends to facilities management, as he pursues an IWFM qualification, further strengthening his ability to oversee large-scale estates efficiently.
A certified A2 CofC Unmanned Aerial Systems operator/pilot, Mark is also set to gain his GVC qualification, allowing him to integrate drone technology into property inspections and surveying. Additionally, his certification in Fire Safety (England) Regulations ensures compliance and best practices in estate management.
