Presence & Co. Hosts First Networking Event at Salomons Estate: A Resounding Success

On Tuesday, July 23rd, the scenic Salomons Estate in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, became the vibrant hub of networking and industry insights as Presence & Co. successfully hosted their first networking event. This much-anticipated event was to show the company’s skills in maintenance management, sales, lettings, facilities, estates, and health and safety.

Engaging Activities and Interactive Stalls

Carpentry and Electrical Demonstrations: Guests could observe live carpentry work and an electrical board in action, offering a firsthand look at the practical skills that underpin property maintenance.

House Price Guessing Game: This fun and competitive game challenged participants to guess the prices of various properties, with the lucky winner enjoying the services of a handyman for a day.

Fire Extinguisher Practice: Safety was a key theme, with attendees getting the chance to practice using a fire extinguisher while equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE).

Drone Demonstrations: Guests had the opportunity to view our estates department flying a drone and showing an example of the services Presence & Co. can offer.
