- The Tunbridge Wells Transformation
This full-house renovation was one of our more creative projects, where we reimagined how a family could live, work, and even pamper their furry friends! The property was transformed to make the most out of every space.
We began by working with Dark Projects who added a charming dog room, complete with its own dog shower – a feature every pet lover can appreciate, especially during muddy winter walks. Dark Projects also carved out an upstairs laundry room, bringing convenience to daily chores and making wash days just that little bit easier.
The bedroom was converted into a walk-in wardrobe, making space for the homeowner’s growing collection of stylish attire. And to top it off, we created an upstairs office, providing a peaceful retreat for working from home. By rethinking the layout and maximising space, we’ve transformed this home into a more functional, stylish, and comfortable living environment.
- Langton Green Bungalow Revamp
Bungalows often have hidden potential, and this project in Langton Green was a perfect example. What was once a modest one-bedroom bungalow has now blossomed into a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. We didn’t stop there. An extension was added to include a spacious utility room and a lounge seamlessly connecting off the kitchen and dining area. With a vast outdoor space to enjoy, this bungalow is now a perfect blend of style, comfort, and functionality. The home is now ideal for modern living, offering a generous and beautifully finished space for its occupants to enjoy for years to come.
- Commercial Conversions: Chapman Way Offices
Moving onto something a little different—our commercial renovations for Markerstudy Group and Vision Track in Chapman Way. In 2023, we were tasked with converting the upstairs of a large industrial unit into a sleek, modern office for Markerstudy. The space was transformed from a blank, industrial shell into a functional yet inviting workplace, featuring soundproof pods that offer privacy while still being part of an open-plan layout.
This project inspired our next one, working with Vision Track in 2024. Here, we brought their workspace up to the same level of comfort and modern style as the Markerstudy office. We added a fun, lively kitchen area, perfect for breaks and team lunches, and once again introduced soundproof pods to ensure everyone had a place to focus when needed. The result was a fresh, energised environment that will support Vision Track’s team as they continue to grow and innovate.
