It’s hard to believe that Presence & Co. is celebrating its very first birthday today. What an incredible year it’s been – filled with milestones, challenges, and so many moments of joy. We’re feeling all the emotions as we look back on everything we’ve achieved, and we’re so grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey so far.
Reflecting on Our First Year
When we started Presence & Co., our goal was simple: to do property differently, with a personal touch. One year in, it feels amazing to see how far we’ve come. From our Tunbridge Wells base, we’ve worked on so many exciting projects, met incredible people, and grown into a team that feels more like a family.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our team (welcoming some truly brilliant people who’ve enriched our work and culture), taken on a variety of projects (everything from home renovations to helping businesses like airports and flagship stores), and hosted two lovely networking evenings at Salomons Estate and One Warwick Park. Our vans, wrapped in our signature blue, have become a regular sight around town – have you spotted one yet? They’re hard to miss!
Celebrating Our People
At the heart of Presence & Co. are the people who make it all happen. We’re so lucky to have such a talented, dedicated, and genuinely wonderful team. Each person brings their own unique skills, energy, and passion, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built.
Giving Back to the Community
One of the highlights of this year has been the chance to support causes close to our hearts. Working with Aspens Charity has been particularly rewarding. From helping to strim bushes and build a community-use bridge to keeping their Chelsea Garden looking its best, it was a joy to lend a hand and make a difference.
Making Memories Together
While we’ve worked hard this year, we’ve also made time to celebrate and connect as a team. Whether it’s been cheering on the World Cup, enjoying a summer day out, trying our hand at clay shooting, or gathering for festive Christmas celebrations, these moments have brought us closer together and reminded us of how lucky we are to do what we do.
Looking Ahead
As we step into year two, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead. We’ll continue to focus on doing property personally, supporting our clients, and growing in ways that stay true to our values. And, of course, we’ll keep finding ways to have fun and make a positive impact along the way.
