Harry joined Presence & Co. as a Facilities Manager in April 2025, with an extensive facilities background starting his career back in 2010. Harry started out as a receptionist for a Registered Charity and progressed into an FM assistant role in London Bridge. From then on, he took a big step and progressed into a building manager in Surrey, showing massive commitment and working all through the pandemic.
Since then, he has excelled and grown his knowledge as an RFM throughout the years, working previously for Lambert Smith and Hampton, Savills. His qualifications include:
– NEBOSH Managing Safely
-British Institute of Facilities Management Level 3
-Legionella Awareness.
-Manual Handling
-First Aid (St Johns Ambulance)
-Various Compliance Training
Harry continues to show commitment, hard work and dedication, saying that his inspiration for getting into the industry is that no two days are the same!
