With a career in facilities spanning nearly two decades, Samantha brings extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to her role. She began her career in 2007 as a Customer Services Representative before moving into facilities as a Receptionist and Facilities Assistant, where she built a strong foundation in day-to-day operations.
In 2021, Samantha became part of a larger national facilities team, taking on the role of Central Facilities Coordinator. She became the go-to for technical facilities systems while also managing M&E services across five offices nationwide. In early 2025, she progressed to Regional Facilities Manager, overseeing facilities operations across the North West.
In June 2025, Samantha transferred to Presence & Co. through TUPE and continues to play a key role in managing estates and facilities, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and running to the highest standards.
