Emma spent 13 years working in the insurance sector, where she progressed from an admin assistant to receptionist and later took on the responsibilities of a personal assistant. These early roles helped her build a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and problem-solving.
In 2019, she transitioned into facilities management, becoming a Facilities Coordinator. Here, Emma applied her skills to oversee the day-to-day running of sites, ensuring compliance, managing an on-site maintenance team, and supporting multiple buildings to remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
In June 2025, Emma joined the facilities team at Presence & Co., where she continues in her role as Facilities Coordinator. She thrives on the variety that this role brings, no two days are ever the same and takes real satisfaction in tackling new challenges.
