Julie brings over 40 years of varied experience, combining strong organisational skills with a practical, hands-on approach. Her background across credit control, accounts, reception, and administration means she offers a broad perspective in her role.
After moving to Manchester in 2016, she joined Swinton Group Ltd as a Service Centre Assistant, supporting over 600 high street branches across the UK. She later became a Facilities Coordinator, looking after the Embankment in Manchester and Safeguard in Horsforth, Leeds. Her responsibilities covered both hard and soft services, from maintenance scheduling and contractor management to building access systems and purchase orders
In June 2025, Julie’s role transferred to Presence & Co., where she continues to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
