Ben joined Presence & Co. in January 2025, embarking on a new career path in finance after several years dedicated to coaching and education. Before transitioning into the property sector, he worked as a sports coach and cover teacher at a school for children with disabilities from 2021 to 2025, gaining invaluable experience in leadership, communication, and adaptability.
In addition to his teaching role, Ben is also an entrepreneur, having founded his own football coaching company in 2020, where he has helped develop young athletes and instilled a passion for the game.
Now applying his skills in a new environment, Ben brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a fresh perspective to the finance team at Presence & Co. As he grows in his role, he is keen to develop his expertise and make a meaningful impact within the company.
