Chrys Gough joined Presence & Co. in February 2024 as a General Technician, bringing with him a strong background in both mechanical engineering and property maintenance. After initially training as an engineer, Chrys spent several years working in the hospitality industry as a chef in London, Ibiza, and Barcelona before transitioning full-time into the maintenance sector.
Prior to joining Presence & Co., Chrys worked for a hotel and pub company, where he was responsible for a wide range of tasks including repairs, refurbishments, and general site maintenance. His broad skill set and adaptability allow him to work across residential and commercial projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Since joining the team, Chrys has contributed to several key projects, including Chapman Way and Park Royale, and continues to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance division.
