Emilie began her career in property with an apprenticeship at an estate agency, where she quickly discovered her passion for the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of property. After a year in the agency side, she joined Integra Property Management (previous name for Presence & Co.) as a Maintenance Coordinator, where her organisation skills and proactive approach stood out.
She soon progressed to Senior Administrator and now thrives in her role as Office Manager at Presence & Co., where she leads and supports a growing admin team of four. Emilie is known for keeping everything running like clockwork – balancing day-to-day operations with supporting her team, clients, and the wider business.
Driven by her love for the industry’s pace, challenges, and constant problem-solving, Emilie continues to grow with the business, playing a key part in its success behind the scenes.
