Lily Spencer joined Presence & Co. as Head of Marketing in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her role as Group Head of Marketing at sister company Elite Leisure Collection. Before stepping into her current role, she managed marketing for Integra Property Management on an agency basis, playing a key part in the decision to bring marketing in-house for the rebrand to Presence & Co.
With eight years in the marketing and advertising industry, Lily has honed her expertise through hands-on experience and formal training. She holds an Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing (2018) and a Distinction Apprenticeship in Leadership (2022), demonstrating her commitment to both creative excellence and strategic growth.
