Morgan Toole joined Presence & Co. in July 2024 as an Administrator and quickly made her mark with her sharp organisational skills and calm-under-pressure approach. With a background in technical theatre, Morgan studied at university before going on to work behind the scenes in London’s theatre scene, managing the fast-paced world of stages, sets, and production schedules.
Looking for a new challenge and a fresh direction, Morgan transitioned into the property industry—bringing with her a flair for logistics, a love of structure, and a brilliant ability to keep things running like clockwork.
Now a Senior Administrator, Morgan is responsible for organising all things maintenance, from coordinating teams to managing diaries with precision, making sure everything ticks along smoothly. Her attention to detail and proactive attitude have made her a key part of the engine room at Presence & Co.—and she’s doing a truly fantastic job.
