Nicola Ernest began her finance career in 2000 at the Kent Messenger, starting as a Junior Accounts Clerk and working her way up to Senior Accounts Clerk, gaining a strong foundation in financial processes and team collaboration.
She joined Integra Property Management in October 2018 as a Finance Assistant, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the accounts function during a period of growth and change. With the company’s evolution into Presence & Co., Nicola continued to thrive and was promoted to Senior Finance Assistant in December 2023.
Nicola now also line manages a member of the finance team, supporting their development and helping to keep the department running smoothly. With a Merit in Business Studies and Secretarial Studies, she brings a calm, methodical, and detail-focused approach to everything she does – making her a valued and trusted part of the Presence & Co. finance team.
