Tina began her journey in facilities back in 2014, starting out as a receptionist for Markerstudy in Portsmouth. It wasn’t long before her drive and natural flair for operations saw her step into the role of Building Coordinator just two years later.
In 2019, Tina progressed to become a Facilities Manager, where she took on greater responsibility and really honed her skills in managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and contractor relationships. By 2021, she’d earned the title of Regional Facilities Manager, overseeing multiple sites and bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach to each.
Tina holds an IOSH Managing Safely qualification and is currently working towards her IWFM Level 4, with a clear ambition to continue growing and developing within the industry.
