Tom Friswell brings over 25 years of experience to his role as Painter & Decorator at Presence & Co., with a career rooted in craftsmanship, adaptability, and a true passion for the trade. After initially exploring several career paths, Tom discovered his calling through a City & Guilds course in Decorating, where he quickly rose to the top of his class and developed a deep appreciation for restoring and transforming spaces.
Tom joined Presence & Co. in October 2023, transitioning from solo work to a structured property management environment. Since then, he’s embraced the collaborative culture and thrived within the team—bringing creativity, precision, and a wide-ranging skill set to every project.
In addition to decorating, Tom has extensive experience in full property refurbishments, having managed projects both in the UK and abroad, including a notable full-house renovation in Spain. He is now focused on broadening his expertise, particularly in plumbing and bathroom fittings, with a goal to expand his technical abilities across multiple trades.
